Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing an order.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at inquiry@degendalt.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number and description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for return or replacement.


Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • We do not accept returns for:

    • Incorrect sizing

    • Buyer’s remorse

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Items damaged after delivery


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.


Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.


International Orders

The same return policy applies to all international orders. We do not accept returns or exchanges for international shipments except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
