Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time begins after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer Flat Rate Shipping within the United States for $9.99 per order.
Orders of $125 or more ship free within the United States.
Orders are shipped using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination, package size, and carrier availability.
Estimated delivery time after shipment is typically 3–8 business days.
Delivery times may vary due to location, weather, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries using USPS and DHL Express.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees (International Orders)
International orders are shipped Delivered At Place (DAP).
This means:

Any customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient

These fees are collected by the carrier or local customs authority upon delivery
DegenDalt is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are determined as follows:

United States: Flat Rate Shipping ($9.99) or free shipping on qualifying orders

A small handling fee may be included on international orders to cover packaging and fulfillment costs.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, DegenDalt is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or theft.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking information.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
DegenDalt is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
